Divorce Mediation

Divorce mediation allows separating parents to make necessary decisions together, with the assistance of a neutral party: a mediator. As a form of dispute resolution, mediation is typically a component of a joint-parenting agreement.

Instead of focusing on the past and creating conflict, mediation helps parents to focus on present concerns, such as their child's needs. Together through guided cooperation, parents can discuss and determine the outcome of various co-parenting issues, including custody or time-sharing.

Dan Klein is a well-known and highly regarded Mediator and Social Worker at Family Service Agency. He is recognized for his expertise in conflict resolution and his commitment to supporting individuals and families in navigating challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
